Material Selection

Melting & Alloying
Add necessary alloying elements and melt in furnace at suitable temperature to make sure particular alloy / material grade maintained as per requirement.
Die Casting
Pour the molten zinc metal in pre designed molds, then cast at necessary pressure and temperature ensuring accuracy in dimensions and design of the component.
Trimming / Fettling
Remove excess materials, runners, burrs to ensure components are ready for further process and avoid wastage.
Pipe Bending
Semi automatic pipe bending with flexible mandril to avoid knots at bent areas.
Foundry Casting
Feed the right raw material to match the required alloy, cast into moulds designed with precision as per drawings of the components.
Machining
We offer high precision CNC & VMC machined components from bars & casted products.
Surface Treatment & Finishing
To ensure smooth finishing, we have a polishing and buffing department wherein the surface of components are maintained in order.
After strict inspection of buffed goods, material is fed into our plating tanks where it passes through a coating of copper, nickel and chrome.
Quality Check
After plating – we run the material through another round of inspection for visual check and ensure details as per approvals.
Packaging & Dispatch
We monitor closely and choose the right packaging methods to avoid damage in transit, ready for distribution. Choosing the right transportation agency – cost effective and efficient in timely delivery, providing necessary documentation and support.
